Privacy Policy

Scope

AIRapHub is an independent hub and directory of AI rap video generators and tools for rap, music, lyrics, voice, lip-sync and beats. You can browse or suggest a tool without creating an account. This policy covers this website, not the third-party tools or services linked from it. Those providers have their own privacy practices.

Information handled by the website

Our hosting and security providers may process request information such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, time, and security events to deliver pages and protect the site. When you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, private configuration files, or sensitive personal information.

Tool submissions include a tool name, website and description, with an optional category and contact email. Submitted contact emails are private to the review workflow, not public catalog fields. A signed-in submission may also be associated with your account so you can see its status. Every suggestion stays pending until administrator review; approved editorial listing content can become public. Do not put personal information or private media in public listing fields.

To limit spam, the submission workflow uses a signed, expiring form token, a hashed IP fingerprint and limited browser information. The fingerprint is derived on the application backend rather than storing a raw IP in the submission record. Hosting and security infrastructure may separately process request IP addresses as described above. Contact us if a listing contains an error or unnecessarily exposes personal information.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics is enabled only when a measurement ID is configured for this deployment. On the production domain, Google Consent Mode starts with analytics and advertising storage denied. If analytics is enabled, the consent prompt lets you accept or reject optional storage. Consent Mode may send limited cookieless measurements while storage is denied; this is not a promise that no requests reach Google. Your choice is saved in browser local storage, and the footer’s Cookie settings control lets you change it.

Advertising slots appear only when an AdSense client is configured. Google and its partners may process ad-related request information. When analytics and advertising are both configured, accepting also grants the advertising consent signals; rejecting leaves them denied. Blocking storage or using browser privacy controls can limit these features. We do not ask you to pay to browse the directory.

Optional accounts and external links

Account sign-in uses essential session cookies. If you create an account, authentication records can include your name, email, profile image and sign-in information. A connected sign-in provider processes authentication under its own policies. An account is optional for browsing and tool submissions. Administrator access is restricted separately.

The public directory does not generate media or request third-party provider credentials. Clicking an external link takes you to a separate provider whose policies apply there. Check those policies before uploading a photo, voice recording, lyrics or other personal or confidential material.

Use, retention, and disclosure

We use operational data to run and secure the site, contact messages to answer requests and correct listings, and optional measurements to understand site usage. We do not sell contact messages. Hosting, email, analytics, and advertising providers may process information for their respective services, potentially in other countries. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse. Retention depends on the purpose and provider settings; contact us with a specific deletion request rather than sending additional sensitive data.

Your choices and contact

You can reject optional storage, clear local storage and cookies in your browser, or stop using the site. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of personal information. To ask about those rights or this policy, email hello@airaphub.com. We may need reasonable information to verify a request. We update this page’s date when the policy changes.
